Regulations at every level of government have become more intrusive and potentially limiting to private property owners, land developers and commercial tenants. A comprehensive due diligence analysis at the beginning of a project can save time and money during the life cycle of the project and the property, identifying potential pitfalls, and recommending entitlement strategies to maximize value.

The local or municipal level is often just the entry point into a potential labyrinth of state, regional, county and even federal agencies and approvals that may be necessary to begin construction on your project or open your business. We have experience in obtaining each type of approval and can develop an entitlement strategy with you to shorten the time necessary to obtain all approvals and get started building or selling.
